The vertical part of the award was carved in the shape of a shoe with a heel from an 8-mm clear acrylic. The shadows, outlines, and the edges were laser-engraved without cutting through the acrylic to achieve the toning effect.
The stand was made out of a 20-mm clear acrylic with the ends of the stand hand-polished to be fully transparent. The “Morning with Ukraine” logo was laser-engraved. Additionally, a few silicone stands were glued to the bottom of the award to prevent it from sliding and falling.
